1. If you are hoping to receive a make-up class for the one you have to miss, please look over our cancellation and make up class policy.  Certain restrictions apply where you may not receive a make up class or will need to pay a rescheduling fee.  Make Up Class Policy

2. Go here (My Schedule) and login to your account.

  • My Schedule > My Upcoming Classes

3.  Find the class you need to cancel and click Cancel.

  • The Cancel Link is located on the right side.
  • For Youth Classes it wills say Late Cancel.
  • For Adult Classes it will say Early Cancel (if it’s 48 hours before the class) or Late Cancel

4. Check your email for a cancellation confirmation.  See make up class policy if you would like to take steps toward rescheduling the class.
