Make-Up Class Policy
Youth Group Lesson – School Semester
We are excited to offer you the option to do make up classes and with such flexibility. And in addition your first make up is free!
When does the above makeup class apply?
Make-Up Class Restrictions
Why do we have such a great Make-Up Policy?
Our goal is to be as flexible as possible to work with your busy schedule. So despite such a short semester and that most programs do not offer makeup classes, the good news is we do offer our students the option for a make a class! If you cancel and let us know with at least four hours notice you can make up the class at another time as long as it’s by the end of the season. The additional good news is that, in addition to offering makeup classes, your first makeup class is free! With such a short season you may never need that make up class or more than your first free one.
Finally we didn’t stop there, in addition to offering makeup classes, and your first one free, we have made our cancellation window only 4 hours, so that in case of sickness in the morning, you have enough time to cancel your child’s class and still receive a makeup class. Unfortunately, less than four hours logistically it’s impossible to notify the instructor to cancel the class because they are usually already on their way. With our youth classes being small group classes each cancellation definitely affects the class.
For timely and accurate cancellations, please cancel your classes via your online schedule.
This policy is for scheduled weekly private lessons, on and off private lessons, or lessons within a private lesson package for adults and kids. Please contact us 48 hours before the lesson if you need to cancel.

We at Bumblebee Tennis will do whatever we can to make sure all the variables to create a great tennis lesson for you are all set. We do a lot of double, triple and quadruple checking. Unfortunately what we have learned is that all the preparation in the world cannot control everything including:
Facility Cancellations:
Instructor Cancellations:
We will do whatever we can to keep the class on as scheduled. In most situations, the facility or the instructor will know ahead of time and we will:
How will it be rescheduled?
